Main role of Registered Nurse assesses and identify patients’ needs, then implement and monitor the patient’s medical plan and treatment. They also ensure that patient care is conducted according to the policies and standards of Kitengule hospital.
General Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Nursing or Midwifery
- Must be registered with TNMC, with a valid license
- One year minimum experience.
- Adherence to health and ethical codes, including when under duress.
- Must be able to work under pressure and flexible
- Must be self-motivated

- Assisting disabled patients

- Bed making
- Assisting Nurses in cannulation, dressing, Injection, vaccination
- Any other duties may be assigned
