POSITION SUMMARY
DAIMA PHARMACEUTICAL seeks a qualified and experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to the Chief Executive Director (CEO).
The PA will be responsible for providing high-quality support to the CEO, while providing administrative duties
DUTIES
- Provides assistance CEO
- Administrative tasks such as planning and scheduling events, handling correspondence and managing personal calendars.
- Scheduling business appointments.
- Managing business correspondence.
- Coordinating work-related travel logistics.
- Taking notes on business meetings.
- Making copies and organizing files.
