- Knowledge of quality control processes, food safety standards, and nutrition guidelines.
- Experience in monitoring product quality during production.
- Ability to assess the nutritional value of food products and recommend improvements.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to document and report findings.
- Teamwork, flexibility, and a proactive attitude towards ensuring high product standards.
