A. Lecturer
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct research, publish papers, and provide consultancy services.
Deliver lectures and seminars; mark tests, assignments, and examinations; submit results in a timely manner.
Guide junior staff on academic and professional matters, in addition to duties specific to the lecturer/research fellow position.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Education: Ph.D. in the relevant field.
Academic Performance:
Master’s Degree: Minimum GPA of 4.0
Bachelor’s Degree: Minimum GPA of 3.5
Institution: Degrees must be from a recognized institution.

B. Assistant Lecturer
Duties and Responsibilities:
Engage in research, publication, and consultancy activities.
Conduct class lectures under the guidance of senior staff and lead tutorial seminars.
Prepare teaching aids and materials, such as models and case studies.
Organize and participate in departmental, college, and public seminars as directed by the department.
Guide and supervise students’ projects and research tasks.
Report to the head of the respective department/unit.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting officer.
Qualifications:
Education: Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in the relevant field.
Academic Performance:
Master’s Degree: Minimum GPA of 4.0
Bachelor’s Degree: Minimum GPA of 3.5
Institution: Degrees must be from a recognized institution.
